FAQ

Can I have a different QR per property?

Yes. You create a short link per property that redirects to the assigned agent's card. You print that link's QR on the sign and get separate analytics for each listing.

How do viewing bookings work?

The agent sets weekly availability (e.g. "Saturday morning 9-13"). The visitor sees open slots, picks one, confirms with email and phone. The agent gets the notification and the .ics event.

Can we manage multiple agencies with different brand themes?

Yes. On Business plan or higher, you manage multiple teams with different themes under the same centrally-billed account. Useful for multi-brand real estate groups.

Is the agent's number visible after they leave the agency?

No. The card is deactivated or reassigned to another agent. The page shows "Card no longer available" or redirects to the new contact.

How many bookings can a card receive per day?

The limit is configurable per card. On higher plans you can accept 100+ bookings per agent per day. Typical real estate use: 5-15 bookings per week.
